Speaking

AI keynote speaker. Leadership, organizational change, and the future of work.

"All participants rated Sean's workshop ‘Excellent’ the only unanimous top score at our Annual Growth Conference.

Cutting through the noise of the AI landscape can be very daunting, and he helped walk us through not only how to get started, but how to properly utilize the platforms we chose to test out."

Sean Wood - InComm Innovation Day 2024

I've been working on AI adoption since 2014, nearly a decade before generative AI entered mainstream business discussion.

In that time the technology has changed significantly. The leadership challenges around adoption haven't.

How people resist change, how organizations reward the wrong behaviors, how executives set direction without changing their own workflows: these patterns have been consistent across every engagement I've run.

Frequent Topics

AI Leadership: Managing Teams Through Transformation

Your team is already excellent at their jobs. Introducing AI without implying otherwise is a leadership problem before it's a technology one. This session addresses the change management reality of leading high performers through adoption: how to build champions, move resistant participants, and make new behaviors stick without mandating them.

Workforce Transformation: Preparing for What's Coming

AI is reshaping roles, skills, and how work gets done. This session covers workforce planning for an AI-enabled future — what to prepare for, how to start before it becomes urgent, and how to manage transition without disrupting current performance.

The Adoption Gap: Why AI Programs Stall and What Leaders Do Differently

Most organizations are stuck between knowing AI matters and using it consistently. This session gives leaders a clear picture of why that gap exists, what it costs, and what the organizations closing it are doing differently.

The Future of Work: What's Coming and How to Prepare

The leaders gaining ground are building readiness before competitors do, before it becomes urgent, before they're reacting instead of leading. This session helps leadership teams see what's coming two to five years out and build the capacity to respond.
